Visiting the portal and completing the paperwork will ensure our time is efficient and that there are no delays in your initial appointment. A credit card is required to reserve appointments and is kept on file.

50 Minute sessions - $125
Couples & Family Sessions
Initial Session $150
50 Minute Session - $135
Out of network benefits may be utilized depending on individual plans.
Mosaics will provide a super bill for clients submitting claims.
Super bills can be provided 7 - 10 business days upon request.
Payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept payment from third party payers.
Payments are to be completed by clients via Zelle at the email address listed below, prior to or immediately following the therapy session.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice of a cancellation or rescheduling is required to avoid a $85 charge.
